Allow me to introduce myself

Yoga has me feeling extra sassy lately. I just finished a long meditation and yoga flow and came back to me for a moment. That’s how I get my power back. How I fix my reactions to the outside world. My yoga isn’t too fancy. I do what feels best in the moment. It’s different every time. Sometimes I laugh, and sometimes I cry. Sometimes my balance is off, and I’ll fall. But I get myself together and get back up every.damn.time. Yoga has a sneaky way of giving the gift of me, no matter the flow, music, or surroundings. We all need to take a breath now and again and give ourselves a bit of grace and compassion.


I’m Deneen, a yoga and meditation instructor, breathwork coach, and self proclaimed badass hippie. Maybe you found yourself here in search of a place to help you move out the bad juju. Hopefully I meet your expectations. In the meantime…… put your hands on your heart and take a deep breath. Tell yourself you are loved, you are strong, you are enough. Love you.
